These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by Green Oxygen Hyperbarics Limited ("we", "us", "our") at our studio in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. By booking a session with us, you agree to these terms.
Green Oxygen Hyperbarics Limited is a private wellness studio offering mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) using a soft-shell chamber operating at 1.5 atmospheres absolute (ATA).

We are not medical professionals and HBOT as offered by us is not a medical treatment. Mild HBOT in a soft-shell chamber at 1.5 ATA is provided as a complementary wellness therapy. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
We make no claims that our sessions cure, treat, prevent, or alleviate any medical condition. We do not diagnose. We do not prescribe. If you have any health concerns, please consult your GP or a qualified medical practitioner before booking.
You agree that you are using our service entirely at your own discretion and assume responsibility for determining whether it is appropriate for you.
Before your first session, we will ask you to read and sign a health and safety waiver in person at the studio. The waiver will ask you about:
HBOT may not be suitable for everyone. There are some contraindications (such as untreated pneumothorax or certain lung conditions) where we will not be able to offer you a session. We reserve the right to refuse a session if we believe it is not in your best interest, and we will refund any payment in full in this case.
Sessions can be booked through our website or by phone. Each session lasts approximately 90 minutes in total: 60 minutes at full pressure, with 5 minutes either side to pressurise and depressurise the chamber. You should arrive at your booked time, not earlier — your slot includes the buffer time you need.
For bookings within 2 hours, please call us first on 07378 271411 to confirm availability.
Payment is taken at the time of booking. We accept cards via Stripe, our secure payment processor, and cash or bank transfer in person.
Card details are processed directly by Stripe and are never seen, stored, or held by us. Stripe is regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
Sessions purchased as part of a package never expire. Use them at whatever pace works for you.
7.1 Statutory cooling-off period (first 14 days)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you purchase a session or package online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund for any unused sessions.
To exercise this right, contact us at tommy@greenoxygenhbot.com within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, using the same payment method.
Important: If you book and attend your first session within this 14-day period, you will be deemed to have consented to the service commencing. The refund amount will then be reduced to cover only the sessions you have not yet used.
7.2 Discretionary refunds (days 15-30)
Between day 15 and day 30 after purchase, you may request a refund for unused sessions, provided fewer than 25% of the sessions in your package have been used. Refunds are calculated at the per-session rate of the package you purchased.
For example: on a 10-session pack at £450 (£45 per session), if you have used 2 sessions, you may request a refund of £360 for the 8 unused sessions. If you have already used 3 or more sessions of a 10-pack (30%), this discretionary refund window is closed.
7.3 After 30 days
After 30 days from purchase, sessions are non-refundable — but they never expire. You may use them at any time, or contact us to transfer unused sessions to a friend or family member.
7.4 Exceptional circumstances
We may, at our reasonable discretion, issue refunds outside these standard terms on a case-by-case basis as a goodwill gesture. Any such refund does not form part of your statutory rights and does not set a precedent for future requests.
7.5 Late cancellations and no-shows
More than 24 hours before your session: The session returns to your balance and you can re-book it at any time.
Within 24 hours of your session, or no-shows: The session is marked as used and deducted from your balance. No card charge is made — we never auto-charge cards or take cancellation fees. If you have a genuine emergency, please call us on 07378 271411 — we will always try to help.
This 24-hour policy applies to packages, memberships, and all paid sessions.
7.6 Complimentary first sessions
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not attend your free first session, your entitlement to a complimentary session will be forfeited. You will not be charged, but you will no longer qualify for a free trial session, and any future sessions must be paid for at the standard rate.
7.7 Appointments subject to availability
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances such as equipment maintenance, safety issues, or staff unavailability. In such cases we will provide as much notice as possible and either offer you the next available slot or credit the session back to your account, at your preference.
7.8 How to request a refund
Contact us at tommy@greenoxygenhbot.com with your order details. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method and typically take 5-10 working days to appear in your account after approval.
When you purchase The Membership, you receive 3 sessions and unlock the £50/session rate (instead of £65) for additional sessions booked within the next 3 months. You also receive a friends and family referral code allowing them a £60/session rate.
When the 3 months are up, the rate window simply ends — there is nothing to cancel and nothing recurs automatically. To renew, you can purchase another Membership at any time after the 90-day window has passed.
You agree to follow all instructions provided by our staff during your visit, including those relating to safety, equipment use, and chamber operation.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session at any time if we believe a guest poses a risk to themselves, our staff, our equipment, or other guests, including (without limitation) being under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, behaving aggressively, or refusing to follow safety instructions.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
Subject to the above, we accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
You acknowledge that mild HBOT, while having a well-established safety profile for healthy individuals, is not without potential side effects (such as mild ear pressure during pressurisation). You participate at your own risk, having made your own informed decision.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You can delete your account at any time from the My Account page or by emailing us. Some records may be retained as required by HMRC for tax purposes (see our Privacy Policy).
The Green Oxygen Hyperbarics name, logo, website content, photographs, and graphics are our property and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our written permission.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
