Your login and every personal detail we hold - your name, email, phone number and any health screening - are permanently erased in accordance with UK GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure), and any upcoming bookings are cancelled. Anonymised payment and booking records, with nothing linking them to you, are kept only for as long as UK tax law requires us to keep business accounts (see our
Privacy Policy).
Any unused sessions will be forfeited. If you have a dispute, please contact us first at
